Easter Holiday Dining at BIN 189 - Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

Lovely lakeside dining Sunday, April 21, from noon to 9 p.m. Excitement is in the air at Easter time – it's spring, the Easter Bunny comes, and there's delicious holiday dining with friends and family. At Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa's BIN 189, Executive Chef Roberto Vazquez Pulido's special three-course Easter menu starts with a choice of Cream of Asparagus Soup or Stone Fruit Salad with dandelion, arugula, cherries, peach, apricot and strawberry vinaigrette. Entree selections are Ribeye Steak with bell peppers and onion, red wine reduction, Parmesan cheese, fingerling potatoes, and grilled asparagus; Coconut Crusted Mahi Mahi with chipotle pineapple relish steamed rice and broccolini; or Wild Mushroom Ravioli with chipotle cream, basil oil, and roasted red pepper. This gourmet meal ends with a Sorbet Trio featuring mango, blood orange, and blackberry Cabernet. The restaurant's customary menus will be available as well. $75 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
