Small Business Human Resources Consultant and Light Bookkeeping. 

I have over 35 years of experience as an HR professional. After many years of working for companies as their Director of Human Resources in several industries I decided to form my own consulting company in 2010. I specialize in small business HR consulting and do some light bookkeeping as well. My passion is for the small business owner who simply cannot afford to have an in-house HR person. I am an HR Generalist which means I wear all of the hats (compliance, recruiting, employee retention, handbooks, etc). My favorite things to do are team building and problem solving.
