Summer History Talk At Skypark Santa''s Village By The Historical Society

The Rim of the World Historical Society, in partnership with SkyPark at Santa’s Village, will present a special Summer History Series celebrating the stories that shaped our mountain community. The series will feature three local history presentations: History of Santa’s Village by Russ Keller on Friday, June 12 History of Mountain Apple Orchards by Kevin Hauser  on Friday, July 24 History of Logging on the Mountain by Russ Keller on Friday, August 14. Each presentation will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., with an optional brief walking tour following the program. Tickets are $12 per person, or $10 for guests already in the park. After the event, attendees are welcome to stay and purchase lunch in the park.
