Chef Roberto Vazquez Pulido has created a very impressive Mother's Day menu with choices for food lovers that make the holiday and Sunday Funday even more festive and fun. It begins with Tomato Bisque or Spinach Strawberry Salad adorned with feta cheese, candied walnuts, and strawberry vinaigrette. Entrées offer either Blue Ribeye Steak with grilled mushroom and onion, red wine reduction, blue cheese crumbles, fingerling potatoes, and grilled asparagus; Prawn Scampi with angel hair pasta, blistered cherry tomato, parsley, lemon garlic beurre blanc and chile de Arbol; or Ratatouille Stuffed Artichoke with spicy marinara, zucchini, squash, mushroom, bell peppers, onion and fontina cheese. Mother's Day honorees and their companions then enjoy the chef's yummy Tiramisu made with mascarpone, ladyfingers, coffee liqueur, and chocolate.
